FAQ
Q: What are the advantages of honeycomb winding compared to ordinary winding?
A: Honeycomb winding uses multi-layer staggered winding to effectively reduce distributed capacitance. This increases the self-resonant frequency (SRF), allowing the coil to maintain stable inductance and Q factor at the operating frequency. The honeycomb structure also enhances mechanical strength and provides better vibration resistance.
Q: What is the function of Litz wire?
A: Litz wire is made of multiple insulated thin copper strands twisted together. It effectively reduces skin effect and proximity effect losses at high frequencies, improving the coil's Q factor and signal reception sensitivity. It is a key material choice for enhancing RFID antenna performance.
Q: How long is the delivery time and what packaging methods are used?
A: The standard lead time is 2-8 weeks after order confirmation, depending on product specifications and order quantity. Products are securely packed with cartons, foam, pallets, wrapping film, and fixing straps to ensure safe international transportation.
